HVAC Service Technician
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products (Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Additionally, this position promotes and sells additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the Company.
The HVAC Installation Technician will perform the duties required in the design, installation, replacement and remodel of HVAC systems, and follow recognized procedures and techniques for such work. The HVAC Installation Technician may also be called upon to perform other duties normally required in the HVAC service trade, or other activities beyond the scope of the normal HVAC field based on need and the ability of the technician to perform such multi-‐‑trade tasks.
This position will assist the installer or lead installer in the installation of residential and Commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Work is performed under direct supervision of installer or lead installer. Looking for candidates that have residential install experience, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient on time, and looking for a career in HVAC!!!
HVAC Sales Manager
This position is responsible for defining new potential customers, seeking new markets while maintaining relationships with the customers currently in the portfolio. Awareness and understanding of our products and service. Build strong customer relationships, loyalty & retention through exceptional sales, customer service and the presentation. Generate repeat business through exceptional account management.
The person in this role will be responsible for new customer or account development as well as sales productivity and asset management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in air-conditioning system sales and design field, heat load calculation, duct and pipe design, equipment selection, refrigeration cycle, and HVAC system cost estimation
Commercial Technician with proven Supervisory/Leadership experience and excellent communication skills. Must be organized and be able to multi task. Must possess experience in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide variety of air handling, exhaust systems, ductwork, and fluid flow equipment associated with commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Routine duties include maintaining proper documentation using work orders and reports of all Test & Balance work performed and calibration of test equipment. As a working Lead duties also include airflow volume and velocity, static pressure and uniformity testing, differential pressurization testing, airflow visualization, performing particle counts, performing filter/ceiling leakage tests, routine preventative maintenance. Ownership of some systems related to clean room air quality. Coordinate sub-contractor work for services and repairs of equipment or systems.
Air Duct Cleaning Technician
Operate and maintains all duct-cleaning equipment.
- Access, remove and clean air distribution components and equipment.
- Sell ancillary products and services in conjunction with performance of duct cleaning service.
- Prepare all job-related paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked Company vehicle.
