How long does it take to get the filter?

1-3 days, depending on availability and the location of delivery.

Do you deliver in my area?

We deliver in Jacksonville and the beaches. Depending on your
location, we may direct ship via UPS.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No.

How is the filter shipped?

If you live within 5 miles of our office, we will deliver and install.
Outside of that area, it will arrive UPS.

What is the minimum order?

A case (12 filters)

Do you know what kind of filter I need?

If you are an existing customer, we know the exact size. If not, we’ll need to know the size of your existing filters or if you have an air handler, we will need to know the air handler model number.

Why is it different than the filter I can get at the big box stores?

In most cases, big box stores carry filters with low MERV ratings. MERV stands for Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value which varies from 1 to 16, with 16 being the best.
