Meet Charlie Marks the Owner of Charlie’s Tropic Heating & Air Conditioning located in Atlantic Beach, FL. What Builds Charlie up is his passion for working on cars. Things of a mechanical nature have always drawn his interest. Cars seem to spark something in his personality. His First Car was a 69 Mustang Convertible. There is something about that old technology that captivates his spare time and keeps him drawn to the garage.
