Amy O’Grady was one of dozens of women from across the heating and cooling brand who attended a three-day conference.

“On my third year with Bryant Women in HVAC, I realized I had become part of an unspoken Sisterhood. We are all facing the same business climate and know that together we can become more strategic. This bond allows us develop personally and professionally within our own strengths as women,” said O’Grady.

The event is part a longstanding effort to foster inclusivity and create an environment where women can excel in HVAC.

The event, which has tripled in size since 2015, welcomed 160 women from the United States, Canada and Mexico. The event was  three days of leadership and business development training, best practice sharing and fellowship.

How HVAC women were selected

Women were nominated to attend the three-day workshop. They came from throughout the Bryant organization as well as from its distributor and dealer channel.

“This event is an invaluable opportunity for many of the women who represent the Bryant brand to convene and build upon our individual and collective strengths. There’s an incredible amount of talent in this group and it’s a wonderful opportunity to share and learn,” said Laura Williams, channel marketing manager. “This is a date we’ve had circled on our calendar for a long time. We anticipate building on our longstanding relationships and forging new bonds.”

The event features programs on personal and professional development as well as networking. It also focuses on growing the Bryant brand by enhancing the vital business relationships that many of the women have.
